It’s going to be a real sausage fest in Union Square tomorrow when an 80-foot long smoker and grill rolls in to dish out some free tubed meat products. That would be part of HISTORY®’s (“Channel”) NYC edition of the Cross-County Cookout, which has been traveling to music festivals and other events since the end of May.
