Hearts that Give-Hands that Help

Lending a hand is something we, as a family have done for many years. A habit we proudly instilled in our sons.

Over the last 25 years we have traveled the US providing a unique dining experience with a marketing marvel known as The Ultimate Smoker and Grill. We’ve spent many summers serving up hot food and good fun. However, in the quiet months we have used that same “grill” to provide hot meals to families who are in dire straits. From North Dakota down to South Texas, we have raised money, collected household and clothing donations and fed massive numbers of victims of floods, hurricanes and even explosions. We have seen first hand the impact even the smallest kindness can have on people who have lost everything and in those who have nothing to lose.

These experiences were deeply moving for us as a family and have become the catalyst for our newly formed charity Hilltop Helping Hands.

Our goal is to bridge the gaps where traditional relief falls short or worse, runs out. So often, the need exceeds the level of assistance provided. This is where we want to excel. We strive to assist local people and programs, single parents trying to make ends meet or provide a simple gift for their child, small rural schools needing assistance with classroom supplies or field trip budgets, and local rescues for our furry friends as well.
