One of the great things about being in New York City is many fantastic events come to town, like the History Channel’s Cross Country Cookout. It was during this event that happened in Union Square NYC this summer that I first heard about Trace Arnold aka The Rib Whisperer. Trace earned that nickname because everywhere he goes ,when he feeds the people, someone can be heard whispering to a friend ”Did you try the ribs?”
